Delete your Rise of Will account

You can delete your account here, at any time. It goes at once, with everything the server holds for it.

How

1. Enter the email address of the account. We email it a six-digit code.
2. Enter the code, to show the account is yours.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

What is deleted

• The account and its sign-in, and its email address.
• Everything the server holds for it: the backup of your record, what the account earned, was granted or bought, its titles, frames and badges, its invitations, and your email choices.
• Your Player Number stays retired: it is never given to anyone else, and it is no longer linked to you.

What is not

• Payments: deleting the account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Cancel it first in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Receipts: a log of sales (what was sold, and when) is kept with everything that identifies you taken out. Apple, who sells to you, keeps its own receipts as the law requires.
• Records of sign-ins and code tries are deleted after 90 days.
• Your devices: anything stored on a device stays there until you remove it from that device.

Deletion cannot be undone. No longer receive email at the account's address? Write to [email protected] from any address, tell us which account, and we will delete it within 30 days.
