Privacy Policy
The short version
- To get a Player Number you give us your email address. We use it to sign you in with a six-digit code and, because you asked, to email you when Rise of Will is ready.
- No cookies, no ads, and no following you across other websites. We never sell your data.
- Every email we send has a link to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.
Who we are
Rise of Will is run by Beka Lominadze, Tbilisi, Georgia ("we", "us"). For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we keep
- Your email address, and the account it signs in to.
- Your Player Number, given in order when the account is made.
- That you agreed to be emailed, and when.
- If yours is among the first 1,000 accounts confirmed before 16 November 2026, 00:00 Tbilisi time: your Founding Player badge and its number.
- If you enter a code at riseofwill.com/gate: that you did, when, and the numbered title it gave you.
- Records of sign-ins and of code tries, so we can limit how often they are made.
In your browser
After you sign in, this browser's local storage keeps your sign-in for one hour, and your Player Number, so the page can show it when you come back. Nothing else is stored on your device, and nothing is used to follow you. "Use a different email" clears it.
The bot check
Before a code is emailed, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a script, is asking. It reads signals from your browser and device for that purpose only, and Cloudflare does not use them for advertising.
Site statistics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify visitors. We also count a few moments on this site, such as a sign-up started or finished, with the country it came from and nothing that identifies you. These counts are kept for up to three months.
Why we use it
- Your email, account and Player Number: to give you the number and sign you in, which you ask for (our agreement with you).
- Emails about Rise of Will: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the link in every email or by writing to us.
- Limits on tries, the bot check and site statistics: our legitimate interest in a safe website that works.
Who processes it for us
Supabase (accounts and the database, hosted in the European Union, in Ireland), Resend (sending the sign-in codes and the emails you asked for) and Cloudflare (hosting this website, the bot check and the statistics). Some providers may process data outside your country; where they do, they are bound by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Your account, number and badge are kept until you ask us to delete them. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and keep the rest unless you ask us to delete it too. Records of sign-ins and code tries are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete what we keep about you, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected] from the address concerned. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Rise of Will is for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly keep data about children under 13; if you believe a child has joined, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
Data travels encrypted. Your account can be read only by you; your number, badge and titles can be given or changed only by our servers.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and email you before the change takes effect.
