Terms
1. Who may join
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may join only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you.
2. The list and your Player Number
Joining with your email gives it a Player Number. Numbers are given in order, once each, and are never reused or changed. One account per person. Signing in later with the same email is the same account, with the same number.
3. The Founding Player badge
The first 1,000 accounts confirmed before 16 November 2026, 00:00 Tbilisi time, receive the Founding Player badge, numbered in the order they are confirmed. It is free and never sold. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold. Our servers grant it automatically, under the rule stated here.
4. Codes
Codes we hide in our posts can be entered at riseofwill.com/gate, signed in with your email. A code may give a numbered title to the first people to enter it, up to the number we set for it. Each account can use each code once.
5. Fair play
Making accounts with throwaway addresses, or using scripts, to collect numbers, badges or titles is not allowed. We may remove what was obtained that way, and the accounts that obtained it. Do not interfere with the website or probe its security.
6. What the rewards are
The Player Number, the badge and the titles mark when you arrived. They are free, cosmetic, and carry no right to payment or to anything else. We may change or end the list; if we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect.
7. Our content
The Rise of Will name, the cap, and the words and design of this website belong to us. These terms give you no ownership of them.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless your local law gives you the right to go to your local courts.
